loads of dancers and a balloon drop: Icona Pop have conquered all television

Here (via Scandipop) is Icona Pop performing ‘I Don’t Care’ on last night’s Dancing With The Stars.
It’s the sort of strange but brilliant booking you can’t imagine a comparable UK show pulling off, and it goes rather well.


As Scandipop have noted, the performance has already propelled ‘I Love It’ to the brink of the US iTunes Top 10.
This does rather support the thinking of anybody with functioning ears, ie that this would be a massive hit record (and would very easily connect with audiences) if only people got to actually hear it.
